An employer is answerable for a coworker’s or non-staff’s harassment in two instances: (a) if it unreasonably unsuccessful to prevent the harassment, or (b) if it knew or must have regarded with regard to the harassment and did not consider prompt and appropriate corrective action.Failure to confer with the employee is not an unbiased violation
